About Sandra
Sandra is a transformational coach and speaker who takes clients back through the timeline of a belief to the moment it was formed — and helps them decide, consciously, whether to keep carrying it.
Fifteen years in yoga, with certifications in psychosynthesis and NLP, sit underneath work that is far more practical than it sounds. Sessions are structured, and you leave with something specific.
She also works in sub-personality and shadow integration: the parts of a person that get exiled early and then run things from the back seat.
