Common questions

How are practitioners chosen?: Every guide is interviewed by a person, reference-checked, and reviewed for credentials, insurance and scope of practice. Where a practice is licensed we verify the licence; where it is a lineage we ask who they trained with, and we call them.
What does the first call cost?: Nothing. Every guide offers a free twenty-minute introductory call, and your card is not charged until after it. If the fit is not right, we help you find someone who is.
Can I change or cancel a booking?: Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session, from the link in your confirmation email.
I am a practitioner. How do I join?: Register as a practitioner and we will be in touch within two working days to arrange an interview. The collective stays small on purpose, so we do not accept everyone.
