The other fifty percent
Most of this industry sells the opening: the ceremony, the retreat, the breakthrough weekend. Very little of it stays for the part that decides whether anything actually changes — the ordinary Tuesday three weeks later.
That is the work within the work, and it is what this collective is organised around. Every practitioner here is asked how they handle integration before they are accepted, and every offering says so plainly.
Bespoke, not algorithmic
There is no self-serve sign-up and no ranking algorithm. Every guide is interviewed by a person, reference-checked, and reviewed for credentials, insurance and scope of practice. Where a practice is licensed, we verify the licence. Where it is a lineage, we ask who they trained with — and we call them.
It is slow, and it is why the list is short. A collective of people who are genuinely good is worth more to you than a directory of thousands.
