About Leo
Leo is an Ayurvedic clinical specialist, a shamanic spiritual healer, and a certified nutrition and health coach — three trainings that most people would keep separate and that he has spent twenty years learning to hold together.
His meditation work is unhurried and unmystified. He teaches the mechanism, not the mystique, and expects you to practise between sessions.
He works with people at turning points: a diagnosis, a separation, a career that no longer fits.
